What is Radiosity?
Radiosity is a method used in 3D visualization to create more realistic images. It is often used in conjunction with ray tracing, which creates the initial image. Radiosity calculates the amount of light that is reflected off of surfaces and how that affects the final image.
Radiosity can be used to create more realistic images by taking into account the way light reflects off of surfaces. This can be particularly useful in creating images of objects with multiple reflective surfaces, such as metal objects. By calculating the way light reflects off of each surface, radiosity can create a more realistic image that takes into account the different levels of reflectivity.
